Uvjeti rezervacije i plaćanja
1. Rezervacija
Rezervaciju možete napraviti izravno na ovoj web-stranici. Nakon slanja rezervacije otvara se sigurna Revolutova stranica na kojoj predujam ili puni iznos plaćate u roku od 15 minuta (načini plaćanja navedeni su u točki 4). Nakon potvrđene uplate na e-mail adresu koju ste upisali stiže potvrda s pojedinostima boravka, plaćenim iznosom i ostatkom za plaćanje. Ako potvrdu ne primite, javite nam se telefonom ili e-mailom.
2. Cijene
Cijene su izražene u eurima i prikazuju se za odabrane datume i broj gostiju. Boravišna (turistička) pristojba iznosi 1,86 € po odrasloj osobi po noćenju (djeca od 12 do 18 godina 0,93 €, djeca do 12 godina ne plaćaju). Dodaje se cijeni smještaja, zasebno je prikazana u sažetku rezervacije i uključena u ukupan iznos za plaćanje. Naknada za kućnog ljubimca iznosi 25 € po boravku, plaća se gotovinom pri dolasku i nije uključena u prikazani iznos.
3. Predujam

Ostatak iznosa plaća se pri dolasku. Kod boravka od 2 i više noćenja umjesto predujma možete odmah platiti i puni iznos, bez promjene cijene; tada pri dolasku plaćate samo naknadu za kućnog ljubimca, ako je imate.
4. Načini plaćanja
- Online pri rezervaciji na web-stranici (predujam ili puni iznos), na zaštićenoj stranici tvrtke Revolut – podatke o kartici ne vidimo i ne pohranjujemo:
- platne kartice Visa, Mastercard, Maestro i American Express
- Apple Pay i Google Pay
- Revolut Pay
- uplata preko banke (Pay by Bank) – potvrda u aplikaciji vaše banke
- Ostatak iznosa: gotovinom pri dolasku
- Naknada za kućnog ljubimca (25 € po boravku): gotovinom pri dolasku
- Rezervacije telefonom ili e-mailom: bankovna uplata na račun tvrtke Diana 1985 d.o.o. ili Revolut
Ako banka odbije plaćanje, u roku od 15 minuta pokušajte drugim načinom (npr. drugom karticom, Apple Payem ili Google Payem) ili nam se javite telefonom ili e-mailom. Nemojte slati novu rezervaciju.
5. Otkazivanje
Rezervaciju možete besplatno otkazati do 21 dan prije dolaska – uplaćeni iznos (predujam ili puni iznos) se vraća.
Ako rezervaciju otkažete kasnije od 21 dan prije dolaska, uplaćeni iznos se ne vraća, ali imate pravo odabrati drugi datum dolaska.
6. Prijava i odjava
Prijava (check-in) je od 14:00, a odjava (check-out) do 10:00. Za dolazak ili odlazak u drugo vrijeme javite nam se prije putovanja. Nakon rezervacije potrebno je ispuniti online prijavu gosta za najmanje jednu osobu.
7. Kućni ljubimci
Kućni ljubimci su dobrodošli. Broj ljubimaca navedite pri rezervaciji. Naknada iznosi 25 € po boravku i plaća se gotovinom pri dolasku.

Booking and payment terms (English)
Booking. You can book directly on this website. After sending your booking, a secure Revolut payment page opens where you pay the deposit or the full amount within 15 minutes (payment methods below). Once the payment is confirmed, you receive an e-mail confirmation with the details of your stay, the amount paid and the balance.
Prices. Prices are in euros for the selected dates and number of guests. The tourist tax is €1.86 per adult per night (children aged 12–18: €0.93, under 12: free). It is added to the accommodation price, shown separately in the booking summary and included in the total amount to pay. The pet fee is €25 per stay, paid in cash on arrival, and is not included in the amount shown.
Deposit. 1 night: 100% in advance · 2 nights: 50% · 3 or more nights: 30%. The balance is paid on arrival. For stays of 2 or more nights you can pay the full amount instead of the deposit, at the same price; you then only pay any pet fee on arrival.
Payment methods. Online when booking on this website (deposit or full amount), on Revolut's secure payment page – we never see or store your card details: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Revolut Pay or Pay by Bank (confirmed in your banking app). Balance and pet fee: cash on arrival. Bookings by phone or e-mail: bank transfer or Revolut. If your bank declines the payment, try another method within the 15 minutes (e.g. another card, Apple Pay or Google Pay) or contact us – please do not send a new booking.
Cancellation. Free cancellation up to 21 days before arrival – the amount paid (deposit or full amount) is refunded. If you cancel later than 21 days before arrival, the amount paid is not refunded, but you may choose a different arrival date.
Check-in / check-out. Check-in from 14:00, check-out by 10:00. After booking, please complete the online guest registration for at least one person.
Pets. Pets are welcome. Please state the number of pets when booking. Fee: €25 per stay, paid in cash on arrival.
Buchungs- und Zahlungsbedingungen (Deutsch)
Buchung. Sie können direkt auf dieser Website buchen. Nach dem Absenden öffnet sich eine sichere Zahlungsseite von Revolut, auf der Sie die Anzahlung oder den Gesamtbetrag innerhalb von 15 Minuten bezahlen (Zahlungsarten siehe unten). Nach bestätigter Zahlung erhalten Sie per E-Mail eine Bestätigung mit den Details Ihres Aufenthalts, dem gezahlten Betrag und dem Restbetrag.
Preise. Die Preise verstehen sich in Euro für die gewählten Daten und die Anzahl der Gäste. Die Kurtaxe beträgt 1,86 € pro Erwachsenem und Nacht (Kinder von 12 bis 18 Jahren 0,93 €, unter 12 Jahren frei). Sie wird zum Unterkunftspreis hinzugerechnet, in der Buchungsübersicht separat ausgewiesen und ist im zu zahlenden Gesamtbetrag enthalten. Die Haustiergebühr beträgt 25 € pro Aufenthalt, wird bei Ankunft bar bezahlt und ist im angezeigten Betrag nicht enthalten.
Anzahlung. 1 Nacht: 100 % im Voraus · 2 Nächte: 50 % · ab 3 Nächten: 30 %. Der Restbetrag wird bei Ankunft bezahlt. Bei Aufenthalten ab 2 Nächten können Sie statt der Anzahlung auch den Gesamtbetrag zum gleichen Preis zahlen; bei Ankunft zahlen Sie dann nur noch eine eventuelle Haustiergebühr.
Zahlungsarten. Online bei der Buchung auf dieser Website (Anzahlung oder Gesamtbetrag) auf der sicheren Zahlungsseite von Revolut – wir sehen und speichern Ihre Kartendaten nicht: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro und American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Revolut Pay oder Pay by Bank (Bestätigung in Ihrer Banking-App). Restbetrag und Haustiergebühr: bar bei Ankunft. Buchungen per Telefon oder E-Mail: Banküberweisung oder Revolut. Lehnt Ihre Bank die Zahlung ab, versuchen Sie es innerhalb der 15 Minuten mit einer anderen Zahlungsart (z. B. einer anderen Karte, Apple Pay oder Google Pay) oder kontaktieren Sie uns – bitte senden Sie keine neue Buchung.
Stornierung. Kostenlose Stornierung bis 21 Tage vor Anreise – der gezahlte Betrag (Anzahlung oder Gesamtbetrag) wird erstattet. Bei einer späteren Stornierung wird der gezahlte Betrag nicht erstattet, Sie können jedoch einen anderen Anreisetermin wählen.
Check-in / Check-out. Check-in ab 14:00, Check-out bis 10:00. Bitte füllen Sie nach der Buchung die Online-Gästeanmeldung für mindestens eine Person aus.
Haustiere. Haustiere sind willkommen. Bitte geben Sie bei der Buchung die Anzahl an. Gebühr: 25 € pro Aufenthalt, bar bei Ankunft.
